Blue Fusion Fitness is Waltham’s only functional wellness studio that offers a variety of small Group Exercise Classes and Integrative Personal Training. As a Functional Wellness studio, our goal is to help clients be on a path of continuous healthy lifestyle no matter the stressors thrown at them.  We educate and encourage our clients to attend a variety of small group classes to get them strong, improve endurance, mobility and flexibility. Our Integrative and Corrective Personal Training include nutrition and lifestyle coaching that can help achieve balance.  In the end, our goal is to help our clients move fluidly everyday and balance their body and mind.

We teach our clients a new awareness of their body positioning and alignment during exercise to prevent injury, improve daily movements and discover their own capability to push themselves to new limits. Our classes are designed to take our clients to their own level of fitness - we believe that exercises should be done according to one's fitness level. Through our diverse group class offerings and Personal Training, we help our clients be their healthiest self by increasing their strength, endurance, flexibility.

 

In the end, our goal is to provide our clients a safe place to find strength, energy and balance in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Intense Training

Private Session

We offer an Integrative and Corrective Personal training that will teach you to exercise in optimal alignment, improve breathing, and control movements. Set your goal! We will support you - whether it is for weight management or getting back to fitness or to full strength from an injury.  For those who need to recover their Core and Pelvic Floor strength and mobility, we offer private Pilates mat and Reformer training. We also offer Assisted Stretching and Myofascial Release Therapy to promote recovery.

Pink Exercise Ball

Core Conditioning Class

Join us for a 45 minute Mat Pilates-based core conditioning class. We use stability balls and bands to work your abdominals and surrounding muscles and strengthen your foundation. Suitable for everyone and safe for those with  pelvic floor dysfunction, pre and post-partum or for those who have to re-train to use their abdominals. Barefoot or sticky socks please.

Squat Workout

Transform Plan

Our Transform Fitness Plan offers an affordable way to experience Personal Training and small Group Classes.  Meet with a trainer 1, 2, or 3 times a week and take unlimited small group classes on our schedule.  This allows you an opportunity to increase frequency of both exercise and recovery classes. This plan also includes Nutrition Consults if needed, unlimited Video-On-Demand workouts and unlimited use of our InBody composition scale.

Iyengar Yoga Class Triangle

Yoga 

Our Yoga for Strength and Mobility is a 45-minute Vinyasa-style Yoga class will help increase your muscle strength, shoulder, hip and core stability and mobility in all joints.  This class is for all levels and done at room temperature.  We also offer a Restorative and Gentle Yoga classes where we go through poses that opens up the hips and chest and helps speed up recovery. Please feel free to bring your own mat.  Barefoot or sticky socks please.

Barbell and Kettlebell Weights

Functional Strength Conditioning Class

Join us for 45 minutes of circuit training that will challenge all of your muscle groups. Increase mobility, stability and flexibility using free weights, barbells, resistance bands, functional cable machine, Pilates reformer and many more.  For all levels - all exercises can be modified or intensified to your fitness level.  We train barefoot or with sticky socks. Clean cross-train shoes are acceptable.

Roll & Stretch Class

Learn self-myofascial release techniques through the use of the foam roller and a tennis or lacrosse ball. Using a foam roller as part of your training program will improve your flexibility, function, performance, and reduce injuries.The class ends with some simple stretches to maintain muscle and joint fluidity.  Only offered on the last Monday of every month.
