Our teachers are now live-streaming their classes from our studio as well as from their home! Just choose a VIRTUAL class on our schedule here, then choose your class pack (see below) and we will send you the registration link on Zoom the day before and/or at least 1 hour before class. You must register on Zoom in order to attend the LIVE-STREAMING class. If your plans changed and could not attend live, no need to cancel your reservation, we will send you an email with a link to the recorded class that is good for 48 hours.

Workout from the comforts of your own home at your own time. Get unlimited access to the recordings of our live-streaming classes from our homes and at the studio. We have Barre, Strength, HIIT, Kickboxing, Cycle and Yoga classes. Minimal equipment to no equipment needed. Dumbbells or water bottles, soft ball, towel or mat.
