Now that our studio is closed, it may even be more difficult to find the space and time to exercise. You may be working more or getting interrupted by kids. Click on this video that will hopefully help break your day - you don't need to be flexible to do these exercises and it is not yoga - just breathing and loosening your muscles. Your kids and pets can even do it with you. Move your coffee table or your desk chair, find a towel to put over a rug and take 10 minutes to breathe and stretch your neck, shoulders and back. Enjoy!
