We are currently open for in-studio classes with a maximum of 5 people in cycling and 8 people in all other classes.  

We offer single classes or Class Packs as well as Monthly Subscriptions.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Let us help you maintain at least 150 minutes of medium-to-high intensity exercise per week. Our subscriptions will help you train with a fitness professional, learn to correct your form and alignment, and have a balanced workout routine. You will also belong to a community of friendly people with real bodies dedicated to keeping up with their health.

Book a class for up to 6 people on your own time. We can schedule single special events or 4-6 week series in your own group of same people with a variety of strength and cardio training.

We use a functional training approach that teaches our clients to move in correct form and alignment to avoid injury during exercise and perform everyday tasks efficiently.
