We are currently open for in-studio classes with a maximum of 6 people in cycling and 10 people in all other classes.
We offer single classes or Class Packs as well as Monthly Subscriptions. For your safety, each client is assigned a designated area surrounded with vinyl barriers. Book a class for up to 6 people on your own time. We can schedule single special events or 4-6 week series in your own group of same people with a variety of strength and cardio training.
