Our Barre classes focus on performing high numbers of small repetitive movements that will keep your muscles in isometric contraction, which results in effective muscle conditioning.  Tone your arms, back and chest using light weights and resistant bands; shape your legs and gluteals with ballet-based movements; strengthen your core using Pilates-derived exercises; and keep your muscles long by performing yoga- and dance-based stretches. Our Barre Mixed levels class has it all - this class is for the absolute beginner to advanced students. Modifications and intensifications are offered at all levels.  The diversity of exercises in this class makes it suitable for clients with a variety of movement restrictions.


This 45-minute class is the shortened version of our Barre Mixed Levels class that is designed for our busiest clients.  This class is just as challenging and is perfect before work, at lunchtime, or at the end of the day.



This 45-minute mixed levels class will work on your whole body with focus on toning the arms and abdominal muscles.  Gain more upper body strength that will fire up your abdominals at the same time! All exercises in this class can be easily modified to your fitness level.  Barefoot or sticky socks.

Our 1-hour heated or warm vinyasa style Power and Core Yoga classes have a continual focus on engaging the core musculature. Our classes encourage a playful atmosphere where we experiment with twists, balances and inversion poses, increasing the difficulty over time. Great for all levels. Please feel free to bring your own mat.

Join us for Yoga Chill, the newest addition to our Yoga program. A fusion between Vinyasa and Yin, this 45 minute recovery and restorative class is perfect after a cycling or HIIT class or after a long day of work. 


Our traditional Indoor Cycling classes focus on proper form and safety in all bike positions while getting the best cardio and leg strength workout. Our "optional" Live Performance Tracking System help our clients monitor their heart rates and pedaling power during class. This tracking system also helps our Instructors coach clients at different levels during class.  

​Sweat it out and join us for our a high energy 45-minute class. Led by our motivating instructors and energizing music, pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills in a high intensity interval setting. All fitness levels are welcome.



This 30-minute high intensity cycling class will take you through hill climbs, sprints and other challenging drills. Beginners are welcome with modification - please let the instructor know your fitness level.  


This 1 hour class with get your heart rate up during a 40-minute high intensity interval (HIIT) CYCLING RIDE and a 20 minute SCULPT class off of the bike.  You will be using free weights, resistant bands and your own body weight to strengthen your core and upper body. Suitable for all fitness levels. 


Sneakers are allowed, but cycling shoes with SPD clips are recommended. LIMITED cycling shoes are available for rent at the studio for $3, please send us an email to check availability and reserve a pair.

Beginner or First-Time cyclists, please arrive 15 minutes before class to get a custom bike fit and orientation.


Use your body like a machine. This class offers traditional TRX exercises, use of dumbbells and  kettlebells that will make you strong, increase your heart rate and burn fat! Barefoot or sticky socks please. Not recommended to Beginners, previous experience with TRX use is helpful.


Our Blue Power Circuit and Blue Power HIIT (High intensity Interval Training) classes will focus on upper body strength exercises that will result in increase heart rate and burn fat in a circuit or high intensity interval format . Suitable for all levels of fitness. Barefoot or clean sneakers for footwear, no street shoes please.



Bounce your way into fitness! Our 45-minute Bounce Party class on our mini-trampoline will put a smile on your face and get your heart rate up.  Whereas our 55-minute Barre Bounce class includes 30 minutes of cardio exercises on the trampoline and 25 minutes of Barre exercises. Gentle on the joints, you will perform a variety of dance and rebounding exercises to fun and energizing music.
